Ink marking / Stencil marking

Wood burning tools /
Hot marking

Hot stamping is mainly used in the wood processing industry. Thus, we supply sawmills, manufacturers of wooden pallets/crates, joinery, cabinetmaking, carpentry, etc. We meet the needs of the food industry, logistics and even leather goods, which also use this process.

B.G.I. manufactures and sell gas and electric marking irons, portable or integrated into a production line, as well as fire marks and hot numberers to be mounted on a press (presses that we are also able to supply to you).

Devices heated with butane or propane allow immediate marking (1 to 3 seconds depending on the type of wood – dry or green). The engraved plates or interchangeable plates reach more than 650°C very quickly. Our irons can be used on different pieces such as hives, handling pallets, barrels, crates, furniture.
