SOLUTIONS TO MARK ON METAL

Like other industries, non-ferrous metal, precious or not work, involves marking needs on metal parts and pieces like internal traceability, identification of articles, engraving of serial numbers, patterns (logo, text). Metallurgy professionals can achieve their objectives at BGI side thanks to the variety of solutions that allow permanent markings on metal (plates, sheets, strips, bars, rods, wires, tubes, pipes, etc.).

CUSTOMIZED BLOCKS AND TOOLS

Our marking blocks are designed to allow the marking of numerous materials and shapes. Our range includes flat, T shaped, L shaped, rolling, concave blocks, punch holder or machine. These blocks are used for engraving metals by cold and hot stamping.

For full customization, we offer tailor-made marking instruments, created according to drawings. We have a wide variety of striking tools ranging from presses up to electromagnetic hammers, including jacks, associated with special or standard engraved blocks (from our catalog). We also manufacture blocks which are inserted into tools (powder or compressed air marking gun). We can supply a whole range of hand products (hand stamps, interchangeable blocks, needles, symbols, etc.).
